Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speglo platform, including any software, APIs, widgets, and related services provided by Speglo AB ("Speglo", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Speglo provides an augmented reality try-on widget for eyewear retailers. The service allows merchants to upload product images, which are processed into AR-ready assets and embedded on merchant websites via a JavaScript snippet.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Accounts are per-store and may have multiple users under a single subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown excluding VAT; 25% VAT applies where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Speglo a limited licence to process and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Speglo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
