Data We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, company), usage data (try-on events, page visits), and payment information (processed by Stripe — Speglo does not store card numbers). Shopper camera video is processed entirely in the browser and never transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Data

Account data is used to provide and improve the service. Aggregated analytics (try-on counts, conversion events) are used to generate the merchant dashboard. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time via the Danger Zone in settings or by emailing privacy@speglo.eu.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (CDN/DDoS), and Hetzner (hosting, EU). All sub-processors are GDPR-compliant.
